Thank you for choosing vivv. We are committed to delivering our premium tech gear to your doorstep safely and efficiently. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we utilize an advanced regional fulfillment network. Please read our shipping guidelines and policies below.


1. Local Fulfillment & Courier Services
To minimize transit times and ensure the highest security for your package, all orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our local fulfillment centers within the region. Once processed, your package is handed over to trusted local domestic courier services. We do not drop-ship or use unreliable third-party postal networks.


2. Shipping Rates & Regional Pricing
Shipping fees are not flat rates and will vary strictly based on the destination region or province. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated automatically at checkout after you input your delivery address. Any additional regional surcharges (such as remote areas or isolated islands) will be displayed before you finalize your payment.


3. Processing Time vs. Transit Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and local holidays).
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows will vary depending on the carrier and your specific region. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.

4. Shipping Delays & Limitation of Liability (Carrier Fault)
At vivv, we guarantee that your order will be packed securely and handed over to the courier service within our promised processing window. However, once a package is in the possession of the third-party shipping carrier, transit times are entirely beyond our control.

  • vivv shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, carrier backlogs, sorting facility errors, labor strikes, severe weather conditions, or unexpected natural disasters.
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier do not entitle the buyer to an immediate refund or order cancellation. We will, however, actively cooperate with the carrier to track and expedite your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries (Buyer’s Responsibility)
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers and local contact codes) at the time of checkout.

  • vivv is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.
  • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an undeliverable address, customer absence, or failure to collect the package from the local courier within the holding period, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and re-shipping costs.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package has been "Delivered," but you have not received it:

  • Please check with your family members, neighbors, or your building’s mailroom/front desk first.
  • vivv is not liable for packages that are stolen or missing after a verified "Delivered" status by the courier.
  • In the rare event of a package lost in transit before being marked as delivered, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
