Our Return Policy

We want you to love your vivv gear as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.


Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, in its original pristine condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. We kindly ask that you carefully inspect the product visually before attaching it to your Apple Watch.

  • Metal Bands (Titanium & Stainless Steel): Because both the band lugs and the watch body are made of metal, sliding the band into the watch will inevitably cause friction and micro-scratches. Metal bands that show any signs of installation or friction marks cannot be returned.
  • Leather Bands: Leather is a natural material that begins to mold and crease as soon as it is fastened. Leather bands that have been buckled, worn, or creased will not be accepted.
  • FKM & All Other Straps: Attaching these bands to your watch can result in minor contamination, dust accumulation, or friction marks on the lugs. Please ensure the product is what you expected before installation.

Please note: To maintain the highest quality for all our customers, we must politely decline any exchange or return request if the item exhibits any scratches, contamination, or signs of use from being attached or worn.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the new product is dispatched to you without waiting for the return process to be completed.


Defective or Incorrect Items

Your experience is our top priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will make it right immediately and cover all associated shipping costs for the replacement.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our local facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
