1. 30-Day Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria to ensure its premium value is preserved:
- The item must be in its original, unaltered, and pristine condition.
- The strap must not show any signs of wear, attachment, or installation to the Apple Watch. Any creasing, scratches, or cosmetic alterations will render the item ineligible for a return or exchange.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, protective sleeves, inserts, and accessories.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Seller’s Responsibility)
Every vivv product undergoes rigorous quality control. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, we will take full responsibility.
- Please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic or video evidence.
- Upon verification, vivv will fully cover the round-trip shipping costs to provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
3. Change of Mind & Size Selection (Buyer’s Responsibility)
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference:

- Please Note: Even if your original order qualified for Free Shipping, the actual round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund or billed for an exchange

5. How to Initiate a Return (Return Authorization)

- Once approved, our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed strictly via the original method of payment used during checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
- Please note that any international customs duties, local taxes, or payment gateway transaction fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
