We take immense pride in the design, engineering, and craftsmanship of every vivv product. We stand behind our gear with a 1-year limited warranty, valid from the original date of purchase, ensuring your product is free from manufacturing defects.


What is Covered

Our warranty strictly covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal, intended use. If a structural failure or manufacturing error occurs within the first year, we will step in to make it right.

What is Not Covered

We design our products to be durable, but they are not indestructible. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time (e.g., the natural aging/patina of leather, minor scratches on metal hardware, or natural fading).
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, or improper care.
  • Lost or stolen items, including lost small components (such as misplaced pins or buckles).
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations or repairs.

Repair & Replacement Guidelines

Our primary goal is to keep your gear in motion. If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will attempt to repair the item using available replacement parts.
Please note: The ability to perform a repair is highly dependent on the specific structural design of the product and the current availability of spare parts. In inevitable circumstances where a product's design does not allow for partial disassembly, or if the necessary components are out of stock or discontinued, a direct repair may not be feasible. In such cases, our Support team will transparently communicate the situation and work with you to find the most reasonable alternative solution.

Be sure to include your original order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
